Happy first day of Spring! With the bees buzzing, birds flying and sun shining, it’s starting to feel like Spring has Sprung. There’s nothing I love more than heading into the warmer months – everything from the food, drinks, fashions, celebrations…that sunshine, yay.

So, in honour of the first day of Spring, SydneySocial101 has a Spring/Summer inspired foodie announcement.

SoCal, located in Neutral Bay has just launched a completely new food and drink menu for Spring and Summer!

The new menu created by Head Chef Zac Smart includes some mouthwatering palate pleasers, such as Mahi Mahi with lentil salad, Jerk chicken salad with jicama, Snapper ceviche with cucumber, chilli and crisp eschallots, Lamb empanadas with ricotta and current and a SoCal summer inspired fresh twist on the popular sliders, tacos and quesadillas – yum.

There are also some quirky new inclusions on the cocktail menu – Chica Chipotle, Piscolicious Socaldelicious, Smoke & Berries, Venice Beach Fizz, Tiki Tropicana and Rum Dog Millionaire – and an extensive selection of American craft beers, local ciders, spirits and wines that perfectly compliment the new menu.

The Californian themed restaurant and bar has a strong retro chic ambiance and a laid back, Southern Californian sandy vibe and feel. With an amazing San Diago beach bar style outdoor terrace, So Cal is the perfect venue to soak up that sunshine in the warmer months ahead.
