Great food, great atmosphere, great wine – the Hentley Farm Wine Dinner at CHISWICK is the only place to be next Wednesday, 15th July.

Located in the beautiful Sydney suburb of Woollahra, CHISWICK is the superb dining venue co-owned by Matt Moran and Peter Sullivan.

A definite A-lister favourite, what sets this venue apart is its kitchen garden where most of the produce for the menu is grown. Hentley Farm, who has cemented itself as one of Australia’s leading boutique wineries, has recently been awarded five red stars by James Halliday and 2015 Australian Winery of the year.

Hentley Farm Head Chef Lachlan Colwill has joined forces with CHISWICK’s Head Chef Richie Dolan, to present a local produce inspired menu, paired with a great list of current and back vintage wines. Sure to be a culinary delight, CHISWICK and Hentley Farm are a match made in heaven.

Dinner will be hosted by award-winning MorSul Group Sommelier Matt Dunne and Hentley Farm’s Leigh Underwood.

At $195 per person, guests will receive canapés on arrival followed by a four course dinner with matched wines, tea, coffee and petits fours.
